Pull Out Test on site
On special request, we also provide Anchor Bolt or Re-Bar Pull-Out Tests on site.
This helps you determine the resistance of the base material during the Design Phase as well as evaluate the quality and safety of our Chemical, thus ensuring compliance with local guidelines after installation.
Our trained applicators carry out destructive pull-out proof load test on regularly calibrated test equipment to ensure reliable results.
This test is conducted in the presence of the customer on site, post which he is provided with the Pull Out Evaluation Report containing all the technical details and help –
- Check the quality, safety and tensile strength of post-installed rebar and fastening systems after installation. This also helps establish the failure load of anchor or verification of supporting the resistance of Anchorage.
- Ensure the load resistance and quality of your design are OK.
- Determine resistance values of base materials not commonly used.

Applicator Services 
Elantor Solutions is one of the leading agencies for Anchor grouting, Re-bar fixing, rock anchoring etc.
We provide Applicator Services for our Anchors, Re-Bars and Chemicals.
Our team of trained applicators is responsible for drilling the holes, cleaning them with wire brushes, anchoring and ensuring that the Bolts/ Rebars are affixed within the stipulated time.

Customized Packaging
We offer our customers with customized packing solutions.
As per our standard scope of supply, we pack our anchors in 6 ply carton boxes and chemical mortars in packs of 3 or 6 numbers in sturdy 7 ply corrugated boxes. That said, on special requests, we also offer to package them in boxes, cartons, pallets etc. specified by you.
We also offer premium services like customized labeling and barcoding. These labels may carry your project nos., names, sizes, drawing/ design nos. along with quantities, instructions for your easy identification.
Our meticulous packing process ensures total protection of our products in transit and storage. Besides, the packing & labeling process helps you identify your products faster, thus reducing unproductive time gaps on site.
