Installation procedure –
Pre-measured portions of Resin and hardener are stored in two different compartments. When a Bolt/ Rebar is hammered, the tube gets crushed and thus activates the mortar to form a homogeneous mixture that cures within an hour. When one rotates the bolt/ rebar, the chemical mortar adheres to the entire surface of the hole and the bolt thereby creating a strong between the two.
5 min Bond Resin capsule neither requires chisel end bolts nor any special installation equipment/ adapters for rotating action.
It can be directly used with standard bolts/ rebars by hammering and crushing the test tube, rotating the bolt/ rebar manually all along.
